Delivery Time: Shipping generally takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

We aim for your complete satisfaction with Roots n Jewels. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase:

• Returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days of purchase, excluding personalized engraved products.
• A $13 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or is missing:

• Email info@rootsnjewels.com with "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" in the subject.
• Attach photos of the product and packaging for quicker resolution.

Refunds are applicable only to items that are unworn and returned in their original, undamaged condition. Once the item is inspected and meets these criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
